Shaping-retentive carbon fiber composite is a new type of heat insulating material combining the PAN-based felt with graphite.

  Shaping-retentive carbon fiber composite is a new type of heat insulating material combining the PAN-based carbon felt with graphite paper by the special technology. Main characteristics: smooth surface, high compressive and bending strength, airflow abrasion resistance, fuzz resistance, without short fiber blowing and high anti-radiation. The shaping-retentive carbon fiber composite can take place various of imported heat insulating material in vacuum furnace and widely used in hot isostatic pressing furnace, pressure and high flow rate vacuum gas quenching furnace, vacuum cenmentating furnace. It is the upgrading products in the equipments of vacuum metallurgy, vacuum high temperature ceramic sintering, single crystal silicon etc. It is the most ideal thermal insulating material in domestic vacuum field
